1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wise Thing Bot ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), including our Telegram bot, website, and related services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wise Thing Bot. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Description of Service

Wise Thing Bot is a cryptocurrency trading bot platform that provides:

• Automated trading functionality on the Solana blockchain
• Integration with Jupiter DEX for token swaps
• Encrypted wallet management tools
• Real-time price data and market information
• Token sniping and trading automation features
• Portfolio tracking and analytics

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using cryptocurrency services under applicable laws
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Not be on any sanctions list or restricted from financial services

4 User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when required
• Maintain the security of your wallet credentials and private keys
• Accept sole responsibility for all activities conducted through your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or compromise the Service
• Not engage in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices

5 Non-Custodial Service

Your private keys are encrypted locally using AES-256 encryption. We never transmit or store unencrypted private keys on our servers.

6 Fees and Payments

The Service charges a transaction fee of 0.3% on trades executed through the platform. By using the Service, you authorize the automatic deduction of applicable fees from your transactions.

• Trading fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed
• Network fees (gas fees) are separate and determined by the Solana network
• Fee structure may be modified with notice posted on our website

7 Risk Disclosure

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
• You are trading with funds you can afford to lose
• We do not provide investment advice or recommendations
• We make no guarantees regarding profits, returns, or trading outcomes
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Technical issues may occur that affect trade execution

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wise Thing Bot and its operators, developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from third-party conduct or services
• Damages resulting from blockchain network issues or failures
• Any errors, bugs, or interruptions in Service availability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wise Thing Bot and its operators, developers, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

10 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, are the exclusive property of Wise Thing Bot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
